The Party Room holds community events and may be rented by residents for private functions. It offers a kitchen and service areas as well as a large screen Smart TV and state-of-the art sound system.

The pool is indoors under a canopy of skylights that filter in the outdoors. Separate change rooms in the pool area offer privacy with showers and oversized saunas for total relaxation.

The library is next to the pool area and offers a wide range of reading material that can be enjoyed in this space or borrowed to be read at your leisure. The room also offers multiple table and chair groupings that are used by residents for games and gatherings.

For our active and engaged residents, there is ample opportunity to enjoy the fully equipped gym which offers a TV for viewing during workouts.
